Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door customer acquisition and self-generated canvassing to identify leads.
• Perform on-site assessments for storm-damaged roofs, crafting clear action plans for homeowners.
• Collaborate with our sales team to deliver precise estimates and project timelines.
• Uphold our standard for excellence through quality execution of our roofing roadmap.
• Stay abreast of the latest roofing technologies, materials, and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance your sales and roofing expertise.

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing and storm response projects preferred, not required.
• Familiarity with roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols preferred.

Requirements:

• Independent contractor status with an active LLC or Corporation.
• Proof of workers' compensation or waiver (as per state requirements).
• Own a reliable vehicle, ladder, tape measure, and smartphone.
• Complete a mandatory 3-day class training with immediate fieldwork to follow.
• Commit to a minimum of 2 weeks of travel monthly.
• Self-fund travel expenses, with commission-based pay and daily sales activity requirements.

Salary:

Our competitive commission-based pay structure offers the potential to earn between $10,000 and $100,000+ per year, complemented by performance bonuses.
